Jeppesen VFR/GPS Charts
Designed for today's pilots using today's navigation tools, Jeppesen enhanced VFR+GPS charts offer a fresh perspective on what a VFR chart should be with intuitive symbols and colors, better coverage areas and an emphasis on GPS navigation. Whether you fly in North America, Europe or South Africa Jeppesen VFR+GPS charts will provide you a common format for VFR navigation that is easier to use and easier to read in the air or on the ground.
Jeppesen consulted pilots throughout Europe and the USA before re-designing the charts. Pilot-preferred features of the new charts include increased readability through improved depiction of terrain and enhanced symbols. An increase to each chart's coverage area reduces the number of charts necessary for flight. The improved VFR+GPS chart also introduces a new folding system to ease handling in the cockpit.

GPS & Headset Day Headset & GPS Day 2010
Plans are now well advanced for our Headset & GPS Day 2010 to be held on Saturday 24th April at Lelystad Airport.
During the day we will be demonstrating headsets and GPS units from the leading manufacturers. For those who want to test a headset in flight before buying there will be an aircraft and pilot available to give you the chance to test the headset without having to worry about piloting the aircraft in the often busy airspace around Lelystad.
Planning to attend ? It would help with our planning if you pre-register ( http://events.constantcontact.com/register/eventoeidk=a07e2oyrp6tc5d74ee6 ) - if you don't pre-register you will, of course, still be very welcome but we may run out of coffee.
