Telephone Call Sends Caledon OPP to Humberview
On Wednesday November 5th, 2008, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a reported telephone threat at Humberview Secondary School which is located on Kingsview Dr. in Bolton.

Officers were advised upon arrival at the school that school officials had received a single telephone call indicating that there were explosives in the school.

Caledon OPP officers, along with school officials, immediately commenced an investigation which resulted in the quick arrest of a male student at the school. The rapid conclusion to this investigation negated the need to evacuate the building. Classes were not disrupted, nor were there any injuries.
