THE GREAT CALEDON COMMUNITY WEB HUNT: All next week, B105.5FM in co-operation with Caledon Community Map will be holding a Great Caledon Community Web Hunt Trivia Contest!   Be listening to the morning show each day or visit www.radiocaledon.com , correctly answer the day's trivia via our online form, and have a chance to win a terrific prize. 
 
And, if that puts you in the mood for more trivia, put your sleuthing hat on, and click your way into The Great Caledon Community Web Hunt -  Navigate through the Caledon Community Map Website to answer the "hunt questions" and discover interesting facts about Caledon.    
 
The Web Hunt questionnaire can be downloaded off www.caledoncommunitymap.org and consists of 25 trivia questions, which can be answered by navigating through the website.  You can even save the questionnaire onto your computer and work on it at your leisure.  Answer as many of the questions as you can, and then submit the questionnaire by uploading it to the same website.
 
The contest deadline is November 15th and successful entries are eligible for great prizes, including a Heritage Tour of Caledon in a Rolls Royce, a guided hike of the Oak Ridges Moraine, a local cooking class, local dinners, books and more.

  • Adjustments After Birth is a local support group for mothers needing support following the birth or adoption of a child. Call for Volunteers:

All are invited to join the Community Christmas Choir, led by Steve Barabash (BMus) to perform in the dessert and concert presentation "A Son Is Given" hosted by Bolton Alliance Church.  Repertoir will include a selection from Handel's Messiah, along with many well known modern and traditional carols, arranged for choir and string quartet.  Choir is open to adults/kids over 10 and will be a great experience for family and friends to join.  Rehearsals are scheduled for each Sunday at 7pm, beginning Nov. 9th.  Final performance will be Dec. 13th.  Call Steve Barabash for info (905) 951-1051 or email sbarabash@boltonalliancechurch.org
