Caledon Crunch - 11 AM Today
Crunch, crunch, crunch! In an event being co-ordinated by Eat Local Caledon, Elementary school students across Caledon will be making some noise (and trying to set a Guiness World Record) by taking a bite out of a local apple at exactly the same time - and it all starts at 11 am.
Apples will be provided by a number of local orchards. This fun event will be broadcast over B105.5FM, and all the area schools will listen (if you live outside of Bolton, CLICK HERE to listen to B105.5FM via our convenient Streaming Audio link!)
_____________________________________________
Want to support the local economy & get the freshest food possible? Click on the apple for info on where to find a full range of local foods including fruits, vegetables, meats, breads, honey and more. |
