Cleaning and Technology, Where Do They Meet? We
are happy to say Thanks to those of you that have been part of our communication and
accountability software test, you have been very helpful in our
planning to meet the needs of our clients even better.
For
those of you that haven't a clue what we are refering to; we have begun
using a web-based software program for tracking issues, concerns,
compliments, surveys and on-site inspection data. Our clients can login
from a link on their desktop, enter a note and it will be instantly
forwarded to their cleaning person or supervisor, their operations
manager and our Main office, via email or text message to a cell phone,
whatever is prefered. Your concerns never go un-noticed from the office
where we can track who and when you are responded to and how long it
took for that response.
When an inspection is done at your
facility, the data is entered immidiately after or during via internet
based phones and laptops in the field. You're then notified via email
and have the opportunity to look at the inspection and confirm that
your concerns are being noted. Your data is always available for you to
see and unlike notes that get thrown away or phone conversations that
get forgotten, we have an accurate history for your account.
Over
the next few weeks someone from our operations department will be
coming around to verify contact data, email addresses and inform you of
how to get set up after recieving your username and password.

New to the Anago Family
We want to welcome Tobey Ciochetti to our Sales Force. Tobey came to us from the retail environment and after 15 years in the area of running stores and managing teams of people, she stepped out of her comfort zone into the "Outside Sales Force" of introductions, proposals, presentations and follow up. She only had a partial year with us and superceded our goals and hers for her first few months. If you have had the pleasure of meeting her, you can certainly see why we were attracted to her fun personality and willingness to get to the issues and needs of her clients. She not only has the client on her mind, but the franchise owners themselves. She wants to make sure our relationships are a Win-Win for everyone.
