Dear Subscriber,

We have been absent from our newsletter in the last several months, however we are now back on track.

Thank you to our sponsors - Cobbs Bread, Grant and Jasmine Botto Realtors, Queensdale Markets, Moveo Sport and Rehabilitation Centre  and Steve Nash Fitness World as well those who attended or participated in our Ride to Conquer Cancer fundraiser in June. We raised over $2000 to benefit cancer research.  Leah and Lindsay successfully completed their ride from Vancouver to Seattle, even through the rain!

There are several staff changes happening at Lifemoves. We are welcoming Tara Wilson and Sara Weller, two wonderful Practicing Kinesiologists who are taking over for Leah as she heads off to Occupational Therapy school.  We are looking forward to Tara and Sarah's contributions in the gym and in our newsletters.

Also, will be using the powerful combination of Mindbody and Constant Contact to send out more relevant information to you. Remember we always value your feedback.

In this Issue:  Get to know Sarah and Tara. Find out more about how remaining sessions with Leah will be transitioned. Read how Alfred become published in the July/Aug issue of IMPACT Magazine (article in the link in the blog post).

Thank you for your on going business, referrals and readership. Please share with this others.

Sincerely,
