March and April have been busy months at Lifemoves. Much of our time was ensuring a smooth transition to our new scheduling system. We are now back on track publishing on a regular basis.
Spring is often a time for renewal and new initiatives. This is time to take to care of your health and get outdoors.
There are some changes at Lifemoves. First, we would like to thank Nicola Faloon for all her contributions. She is pursuing a career overseas after recently completing her degree at UBC. Congratulations, Nicola! We wish her all the best.
In May we are looking forward to offering more Fascial Stretch Therapy sessions, as Leah will have completed the 5-day intensive Level I FST Course.
As Fascial Stretch Therapy's popularity increases Runner's World May issue has an article called Stretching 2.0 featuring my mentors Ann and Chris Frederick. Look out for an article in IMPACT's May/June issue featuring myself and client Liam Firus.
Last month we launched a new style of testimonials on our website, videos. Hear what people are saying about their sessions at
Lifemoves.
In this Issue: Did you know that the direction of self-myofascial release matters? Find out why.
We have a limited number of openings in May so, if you know of anyone who has a medical condition, disability or injury and wants more guidance to become more active please let them know we offer a free 30 min consultation. We appreciate your referrals.
Sincerely,
Alfred Ball and Team
