Dear Subscriber,

We welcome new subscribers this month who joined us from the Vancouver Wellness Show presentations. The post-New Year's rush is now over. How are you keeping motivated to stay active and progressing towards reaching your health and fitness goals?

It is hard to believe that a year has passed since the Vancouver Olympics. This time last year I was wrapping up  my volunteer work as an anti-doping chaperone while maintaining some clinic hours.

We recently filmed some video testimonials which we will be releasing in the next couple of weeks on our website and YouTube channel.

In this Issue:  Since Feburary is heart month we have two great articles on how to exercise from your heart so that you stay motivated and active. We also have a stretch to help you open your hips.

Remember not of all our blog articles are in each newsletter. Keep up to date, share your experiences  and ask questions by joining us on Facebook. We also have a profiles on Yelp and Clinicbook  where we encourage you to  leave a review of our services.

We have a limited number of openings in March so, if you know of anyone who you think can benefit from our services please let them know we are accepting new clients and that we offer a free 30 min consultation. We appreciate your referrals.

Sincerely,

How to Find Happiness In Being Active
by  Leah Grossmith
Are you longing for the days when you were more active? One of the many reasons why people become less active is they and their bodies become bored with the same routines.
