Testimonial
"I chose a Kinesiologist because they have more qualifications to assist someone with the rehabilitation of a long term disability (LTD), such as the effects of an aneurysm I had in 1985. Lifemoves was also located in Fitness World, the gym I already use.

From my point of view, I have seen vastly improved strength, balance and general abilities plus regeneration of abilities formerly lost to a TBI. Alfred always has fresh solutions any going challenges."

Stretch Tip - Discard the 30s Rule
Our stretching tips will change the way  you stretch, so  you achieve lasting improvements in your posture, flexibility and performance (at work or at play).

It is time to discard the old 30 second rule for holding each stretch and embrace what Ann and Chris Frederick at Stretch to Win call the "Stretch Wave." Basically, as I stated in a previous post is that your are trying to achieve the feeling of being "loose" and freedom to move . Read Stretch Tempo.
