Advertising Rules and Regulations from the Real Estate Commission

The Real Estate Commission has set specific rules and regulations for advertising.  For example:

11:5 - 6.1  No licensee shall indicate in any advertisement that a property has been sold, or that they participated in the sale of a paroperty, until a closing has occurred at which title to the property as transferred from the seller to the buyer.
