New Faces at Jack Laurie Group
 Welcome Tom Overmyer, Jack Laurie Floors' new director of
operations in Fort Wayne. Tom's role is to manage all operational facets of the
organization, from the installation and warehouse staff to equipment,
facilities and materials. He also serves as a liaison between operations and sales to maintain a high level of quality and productivity.

Andy is charged with the responsibility of launching the Jack
Laurie Group into specialty contracting with our new venture, Jack Laurie
Interiors Contracting, as director of sales and services. Andy has joined the Jack Laurie team with 14 years of experience selling and managing projects for the Strahm Group. His experience includes flooring as well as all other Division 9 specialties such as ceilings and walls. This new capability will allow us to better serve our Fort Wayne customers by offering a full range of residential and commercial interior services. Wilmer comes to us with nearly 50 years of experience. Wilmer completed his first painting project in 1961 and 10 years later, he started his own company, Delagrange Decorating.  Welcome Jeff Haggard, project coordinator for Jack Laurie Commercial Floors in Indianapolis. Currently his role is to assist the project managers with submittals and AIAs. Jeff will grow into the project manager position where he will be responsible for estimating and managing hard bid and negotiated commercial flooring projects as well as estimating project cost, securing contracts and overseeing projects through completion. Brand new to the flooring business, Jeff has seven years' experience as a property manager for Herman Kittle Properties. Customer Spotlight: RCI
The Indianapolis branch of Jack Laurie Floors has completed another amazing project. The installation process started with RCI working with Lees Carpets to create a custom-color carpet tile to match existing carpet. Then, over a four-month period, JLCF staff worked overnight shifts to lift existing furniture and install nearly 10,000 square yards of carpet. This process allowed RCI to continue their daily business activities without interruption. In the kitchen, JLF installed a Forbo Marmoleum floor.  Charles Phipps, Facility and Security Operations at RCI, couldn't have asked for more. "Every day I had employees telling me how pleased they were with the service provided by JLF. Their work never was interrupted, and all the JLF employees were courteous, friendly and professional." Even with an aggressive timeline for completion, JLF was able to get the job done. "The project was completed three weeks early. Because of JLF's efficiency, we are able to start the second phase of this project nearly
a year ahead of schedule."
In addition to providing the most comprehensive offering of floor covering products, JLF also has the most comprehensive service offering. There are many sources/outlets that sell commercial floors; however, commercial flooring is an installed product.
