| Prayer for Final Exams |
|
Lord, calm my fear at exam time.
Let the work I have done stand to me on the day.
Do not allow what remains undone
to undermine my courage.
And help me to make the best of my knowledge.
You have a loving plan for my whole life
and whatever the outcome.
exams are a part of this plan.
help me to see beyond this time and relish the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing break.

We're looking for a few more courageous individuals to be a part of this pilot program. This community will emphasize a spirituality and culture designed to be in solidarity with the poor.
Who is eligible?
John Carroll juniors, seniors, 5th year undergraduate students and graduate students for the 2009-10 academic year.
Where will these folks live?
This community would be housed in a John Carroll-owned house (a duplex, or multiple duplexes) and be subject to residence life rules and regulations.
Among other core values, these students will engage in learning about sustainability and solidarity, and sharing this knowledge and experience with others, sharing their gifts in service to one another and the greater Cleveland area, and discerning their role in building a more just world.
