IGNATIAN "EXAMEN" PRAYER

IHS

Join us for 20 minutes at 12:20pm on Thursdays in St. Francis Chapel during Lent for a guided experience of praying the Ignatian Examen of Consciousness.  This prayer is designed to foster an awareness of God, neighbor and self.  St. Ignatius consistently spoke of the value of this spiritual exercise for all believers.  Each Thursday will focus on a theme (step) of the Examen and our focus for Thursday, March 6th will be RENEWAL.  All are welcome; you do not need to attend every session.
