We certainly understand the deep financial challenges that face all of us during this unprecedented time in our nation's economy. Serra is so grateful for the sacrifices our many families make to send their children to our Catholic School. We want all current families to be able to remain at Serra, therefore we continue to offer tuition assistance to those who qualify.
Please CLICK HERE for more information on our Tuition Assistance program. Do not hesitate to apply if you feel you need assistance, also please, please do not hesitate to call Gloria Clifton at ext. 147 or e-mail her at gclifton@serraschool.org for any guidance in the process. She is here to help you and ensure you are able to fill out the application thoroughly as it applies to your particular situation. Heifer Project Continues
Our Serra Trinity Team, a group of teachers who ensure that our Catholic identity is embraced, is inviting you to give the gift that keeps on giving. They welcome each student to take the opportunity to live our SLE, "A Catholic Faith-Filled Life and Missionary Spirit," and share their blessings with others by donating to the Heifer Project. What is the Heifer Project? The opportunity to give to those in need, the gift of animals of various types that can get them started to be independent, productive, and self-sufficient people. Heifer International is working with families and communities in the United States and places all around the globe to end hunger and poverty while caring for the earth. For more information visit www.heifer.org Could we collect enough to buy honeybees, llamas, a flock of chickens, rabbits, pigs, sheep, goats, a heifer, a water buffalo....or the Entire Ark? How can we participate and help those less fortunate? Each student previously received a "Heifer Project envelope" and a flyer containing more details. For the next two weeks, we will collect donations in coin, cash or check to benefit the Heifer Project. Thank you for considering support of this opportunity to help those in need. |
