Volunteer Hour Tallying over Christmas Break
Thank you to all of the many parents who help us by volunteering at Serra. We couldn't do what we do without you. We know you have been busy so, please take some time before or after your teacher conferences next week to be sure that your family's Volunteer Service Hours Log is current.
Don't forget to include Business Day, Harvest Festival, Field trip chaperones, the Golf tournament, family fun night volunteers, Secret Santa shop helpers, after school sports coaches, and helpers who serve lunches for Baja Fresh. DO NOT record lunch duties on these logs; they are tracked by the yard duty supervisors and added to your tally at the end of the year. If you have done "extra lunch duties"  they will record them for you.
The log books will be temporarily located in the Main Lobby next week so that you will have access to them before and after your teacher conferences. They will be removed on Friday, December 18th  after 10:00am for tallying.
If you have any questions, please contact Karin Hendrick (karinhen@cox.net or 709-4711).
