Argosy Christmas Ship
Greet the Argosy Christmas Ship, watch the lighted boat parade, and sing Christmas Carols with your friends and family.  Meet at Waterfront Park at 5:00, dress warm!  We'll provide sheet music, candles and hot cocoa. Songs led by Rick Barrenger, presented by Music Community Resources, the Chandlery and the Chamber of Commerce.  For more info, call (206) 842-3700
 
Mochi Tsuki Festival - IslandWood
Saturday, December 27
 
Mochi Tsuki FestivalWatch or participate in the making of the mochi, a Japanese rice delicacy. Using steamed sweet rice and pounding it into a soft dough-like texture mochi is shaped into small dumpling-like balls. Joining other men, women, and children to shape mochi and listen to the laughter from stories exchanged, and seeing the smiles made amidst white powder smudges on faces are memories that make the ending year brighter. Listen to Taiko drumming in the Great Hall or spend time on the trails with a family walk. Presented by the Bainbridge Island Japanese American Community.  For more information, Click Here
Night at the Museum
New Year's Eve Family Celebration at KiDiMu!
 
KiDiMuLogo6 p.m. - 12:30 a.m.
Bring the whole family to the Museum for a unique opportunity to welcome the New Year with fun activities for all ages! Childcare option also available (for children 4 and up)!  Attractions include: arts and crafts, movies, exhibit exploration, music, a New Year's countdown and a balloon drop at midnight!  Food and nonalcoholic beverages are included in the price. Admission: $100 per family; Childcare: $75 per child, $20 OFF per each additional child. Proceeds will support the Museum's exhibits and programming. Registration & Info: 206.855.4650
