Mosti Mondiale Chile Fresco
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It's Back!!! Mosti Mondiale's Chile Fresco is a unique product that provides home winemakers with fresh grape juice from Chile. This is Mosti Mondiale's leading product, "the best that Mother Nature has to offer " It is the Height of excellence in juice for the home winemaker!
This year, not only can you pick them up, but we will ship them to any customer within our 2 day shipping territory. The juice will arrive frozen in a 30 liter pail with the yeast already added. All you need to do is take the pail home and put it in a warm place. You will also need to open the pail by removing the lid, then laying the lid on top to protect the wine from dirt and debris.
This is one of the best products available to home wine makers and we have won a medal with every Chile Fresco we have entered into competition. My walk-up customers have already been inquiring as to when would get this year's offerings.
I will take orders until April 8th and expect to have the juice available towards the end of May. As always, we will communicate with you as the delivery schedule is firmed up.
Cut-Off Date is April 8, 2012
Forum
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For a variety of reasons, I have decided to sell the forum to WineMakingTalk (www.winemakingtalk.com).
This decision was not easy to make, but the bottom line is that I just don't have the time to manage the forum as it should be. Wade and the other moderators have done an excellent job of taking care of most of the issues, but updates to the software and keeping the back end working properly have become problematic.
A lot of you are already members of the WineMakingTalk/HomeBrewTalk (www.homebrewtalk.com), so this transaction should not affect you. The owners of WineMakingTalk currently manage 30 forums. As such, they have the expertise required to make sure the forum is always performing at expected levels. Something that I have been remiss in.
By the way, this has no impact whatsoever on the retail or internet side of the business. We will continue to operate the retail business as we have in the past and will be expanding our products over the next few months.
I greatly appreciate all of the wonderful comments and assistance provided by all of you and wish you the best in your wine making and home brewing hobby. I also want to extend my gratitude to the forum moderators who have done such an excellent job of managing the forum.
