Web Issues
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were given 2 weeks to move our web site. I won't go into the details, but the move did not go well. I do think we have fixed most of the problems, but if you run into any issues with placing an order, please give us a call, we will be happy to take your order over the phone or fix your existing order.
We are aware of the following issues still unresolved:
- Image files not being displayed on either the order summary page or some of the detail pages
- Uploading of images in the forum.
If you discover any other issues, please let us know. |

2012 Limited Availabitly Wine Kits!
We finally have all of the information from Mosti Mondiale, Cellar Craft and RJ Spagnols for their limited availability kits for next year. The 19 selections are some of the best I have seen so far and all of them will make outstanding wines for your cellar. In addition, almost all of the reds come with a grape pack of some type.For this year's special, we are trying something new; $9.99 per kit shipping when you order at least 4 of the limited availability wine kits. This pre-order special is only good until November 21, 2011 as that is the cut-off date for the first Spagnols' Restricted Quantity. We will continue to take pre-orders after that date, but to get the $9.99 shipping special, you need to place your order by that date.

Brew Day - November 12, 2011
Weather permitting, the next brew day will be November 12th and start around 9:30am and go until around 3 pm. We will have extract and all-grain batches going so here is your chance to watch and ask questions. |

We have an international toll-free line so you WILL call us. Someone is usually at the store between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friady and 10 am and 5 pm on Saturday. We always try to answer the phone when you call; however, sometimes, we are unable to answer the phone as we are on the other lines or we have customers in the store. If you get the voice mail, please leave your name, number, brief message and a best time to call. We will return your call just as soon as we can. If you don't want to call, just send us an email. We usually answer our emails daily. Please remember, we are a resource and we are here to serve you.
