Now is the time to start ordering your large equipment items for the harvest, as these items become very scarce once the harvest kicks in. I think we have some very competitive pricing and you can pre-order them now, but not pay for them until they ship. Remember, most of these items have to be freighted. I would like thank each of you that took the time to complete our survey. The information you provided was very helpful and informative. As soon as I can complete the analysis of the results, I will publish a summary along with the comments.
I will share one very interesting result. 60% of the respondents prefer the 10% off over the $7.99 shipping. To be quite honest, this is not what I expected, at all. I expected the $7.99 shipping to be the favorite; therefore, for the time being, our discounts will not change, but I will continue to do everything I can to reduce the shipping costs. |

We always try to answer the phone when you call; however, sometimes, we are unable to answer the phone as we are on the other lines or we have customers in the store.
