Hello Fitness Friends!
Here we are again sitting at the end of the month.. and I can't help but feel bad that my St Patrick's Day letter is so late! I guess better late than never though.. right?
This month has been BUSY! So many things to update you on..  so no time like the present..  please see below.. and I promise to have my next newsletter out sooner in April with the rest of the updates!

After the prestigious invite from Mr. Jim Lorimer's office arrived and Scottie and I decided I would compete, it was time to gather up my Team! As I have mentioned before, getting ready for stage takes a team.. 
This go around was no different..in fact it was more interesting for me since rumor had it I had retired and was possibly too old to do well in shows.. you know, washed up and all!
The complete opposite happened for me! The show was a success for me in so many ways and placing 6th place was actually a surprise (those of you that really know me, know why)!
At any rate, I stepped back on stage for you, my fans that have been asking me NOT to stop competing.. so with this in mind..  the real reason for my stage presence.. let me say thank you very much for all the warm support leading up to and during the show! It really meant so much to me!
Not only was this my 15th time to work at the AC (yes, in a row) but my 8th time on stage..  it was an honor and privilege to be invited back! Another thank you for encouraging me to compete again, it was definitely worth it!

One last big thank you to Mr. Jim Lorimer and his detailed staff! They always run such an amazing show and treat us like Professionals! I was asked why I decided to compete at the AC.. is there ever any question about competing at the AC when you get an invite? I don't think so!

I am super excited about my next (2) years with BNRG!
