Dear Fitness Friends,
It has been alittle over a week now since I was on stage at the Olympia.. time definitely flies by! The weekend was a mixture of emotions for me: happiness, sadness, frustration and yet satisfaction too that I did my BEST! I really did have a fabulous time backstage and during our athlete events getting to know the new ladies of Figure and enjoying the friends that I have made over the last few years too!
IMO my Olympia team consisting of (hubby (Scottie), Kim Oddo (Nutrition ), Jan Tana (Color), Elizabeth Dwelle (Competition Jewelry), Nancy Jambazian (Makeup), Leia Kress (helped with hair), Brandon Boyd (Training) and Maggie Blanchard (Suits) was a perfect combination! I always tell everyone that the athletes competing in our events need a team of support and help to get through the shows properly! One can not simply do the shows all alone.. well, not without going completely crazy! They are a lot of work and it takes a team to pull it off! Next on my plate is a short trip this weekend to Ft Myers, Fl. for a
Max Muscle store appearance.. if you are in the area, please come by!

MINI F.E.M. Camp!
The last camp of 2007 will be a Mini Camp held in Austin, TX! It will be for two days:
NOV 3/4 however there will be a 2 hr Registration and Meet n Greet on Friday, Nov 2 in the evening at the host hotel (Embassy Suites-Arboretum).
The content of this camp consists of:
-Training sessions at Pure Austin Fitness Center
-Indoor/Outdoor Cardio Sessions (weather permitting)
-Bootcamp
-Hand's on Nutritional/Food Prep Seminar
-Natural Beauty & Soul Q&A Seminar
-Poise & Presentation Seminar

Ok, now don't go blowing your good eating habits on all the Halloween candy that is lining the store shelves, on sale and 'oh so easy to grab'! But if you do, be sure to do some extra cardio and make it some interval training just to be on the safe side!
