It is Independence day soon.. how are you celebrating this holiday? Scottie and I are heading to RI to spend the 4th with his family and to prepare for the following F.E.M. Camp weekend to follow in Warwick, RI!

We are also taking the pups with us.. Fenway's second time on an airplane and Camy's first! They have cute little travel totes and Pup Valium to keep them calm!
Speaking of RI (known for its history!) .. do you all remember the reason behind our holiday celebration? Just in case you need a little reminder.... In the US, Independence Day is a celebration of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from Great Britain! Also, did you know that Fireworks have been associated with the 4th of July since 1777?? Well, enough history.. just have fun and be safe!

Following the camp weekend I'll be traveling on July 13 to Louisiana for an appearance!

Monica n Scott's Reality DVD!

Here's a very, very quick peek at DVD 4 which was recently shipped to the subscribers of www.FitnessandFigureReality.com.

DVD 4 features: Scott and Monica heading out to Reno, Nevada for a guest appearance at the Max Muscle store. 

Monica conducts a mini-F.E.M. camp and Scott takes some batting practice.

Monica goes back to her rival high school where she gives the girls track team some pointers with their nutrition and strength training.

After that you'll witness Monica trying to burn around the track with the track team.  Can the high schoolers keep up with "Dyna - Mo"?

After that, it's off to Malibu, California for a professional photoshoot on the beach. 

You'll discover how these shoots are really done.

Finally, it's back home to Austin, Texas for a few moments of relaxation.
