| Designing for Your Vision
|
Creating an award that has meaning and significance to both the
organization and their honorees is often a difficult undertaking. Not
only should the honorees feel recognized, they must truly cherish the
award, find it uniquely represents the organization, and want to
display it prominently for others to admire. Marika Holmgren of Organic Events asked us to help design an award for her client, the Jane Goodall Institute. Organic Events is an event planning company that plans events that incorporate ecologically sustainable practices-as they say on their website: "Party lightly on the planet." Jane Goodall, founder of the JGI, had a request to include three elements in their new Global Leadership
award. By listening to the organization's request and understanding
their vision, MK Shannon was able to create an award that represents
the organization's goals and has real meaning to its recipients.

| Appreciation: Customize it Your Way
|
Customizing one of our existing awards can save your company time and money. Appreciation, one of our most popular awards, is shown here in three different finishes--gold, silver, and pewter--and holding three different symbols. Its popularity is due in part because it can be easily customized for your organization. We've designed this award to accommodate a heart, a star, a child, your logo, or any other object that you'd like to use. In addition, the base can have an engraved plate with the name of the recipient, and the date and name of the event. Consider using this award the next time you need a stately award you can customize easily and quickly.
