Federal Government Issues Another Enforcement Delay for the "Red Flag Rules" Until November 1, 2009
The FTC has once again issued a last-minute delay in enforcing the Red Flag Rules, this time until November 1, 2009. This latest 3-month delay gives ambulance services who have still not heeded the FTC's advice, a final chance to implement their Identity Theft Prevention Programs.
