 Slope Side at South Mountain 
South Peak Resort on Loon Mountain offers slope side access allowing the owner to ski to their home at the end of the day. This up-scale Adirondack style house has access to the Pemigewasset River via a homeowners walking path (which is also a cross country trail in the winter). A true 4-season recreational life style can be found at the base of Loon Mountain Ski Resort.
