Spring is here and it is time for Spring Cleaning.

The most common usage of Spring Cleaning refers to the yearly act of cleaning a house from top to bottom which would take place in the first warm days of the year typically in Spring.

However it has also come to be synonymous with a person who gets their life in order or cleans up their beliefs That is what we focus on here at Warrior Addiction Recovery, raising awareness to create change in our lives.

We are committed to serving and assisting you in raising your awareness and freeing you from addictions and patterns that keep you from living your life to its fullest. Addictions can be anything--not just drugs, food and alcohol, but addiction to your story.

Get a FREE 20 minute session to see WHERE YOU ARE and WHAT YOU WANT at  www.warrioraddictionrecovery.com.

Rubbish Removal

As I was leaving the post office recently, I noticed a handwritten sign that simply stated "Rubbish Removal." I laughed out loud as I remembered those English comedians responding to an insane comment, "That is rubbish!!!"

That is what recovery or personal development is all about, getting rid of the junk, lies, or rubbish from our minds! We must continually ask ourselves, "Am I believing the truth or just a bunch of rubbish?" This question must be asked with awareness as our minds are full of denial, excuses, and rationalizations.

We have been believing in rubbish for such a long time, that our minds are overgrown with habits, beliefs and fears. We must use every yard tool in the shed to cut, clean and clear away the rubbish in our minds.

Visit our site at Warrior Addiction Recovery and see how we can help you clear away all the rubbish in your mind.
