I Love Teaching Kundalini Yoga because: In each class, a powerful vibration is created, for all to experience, but the teacher often feels it most profoundly.
Kundalini Yoga changes a person's brain chemistry. I love to see the look of peace and tranquility on a person's face as they leave the class.
Kundalini Yoga transforms people. Nothing satisfies me more than to see a person becoming stronger on all levels. They evolve with the yoga and this translates into their daily life.
I love teaching at KYB because: KYB is a home for the sacred art of Kundalini Yoga, and all those who gravitate to it.
KTB is a well appointed and beautiful environment with art work on the walls, a sacred gong, and water and tea for all.
It is a dynamic learning center with books, cds, workshops and concerts.
I have great respect for the directors and teachers who are truly special and extraordinary.
I am instantly in love with anybody who enters this place and gets it.

LETTER FROM DENISE KIRPAL KAUR:
Sat Nam dear KYB friends:
I have loved being a part of this beautiful community since February of 2011 and having the privilege of teaching here. From the moment I walked in the door and met Siri Ram Kaur and Siri Bani Kaur to getting to know so many of you, this has been a heart opening year of transformation and awareness for me. I completed my first year at Sai Ayurvedic College in Miami, FL and realized my heart was pulling me west, so I will move to Santa Cruz, CA in a few weeks and complete my Masters at Mt. Madonna Institute, College of Ayurveda and find a piece of land where we will build a Vedic Healing Center. My final class will be Tuesday July 31st at 5:30 pm. I hope to see you there. Thank you so very much for your welcoming smiles, your attendance in classes and your joyful friendships, I may be physically gone, but my heart and love will remain.
Please keep in touch,
Denise Kirpal
