Watch Video Sierra Club: A Foe of Commonsense Itself

Ryan Houck is the Executive Director of Free Market Florida.  He'll also be a guest speaker at
FFAA's upcoming Winter Business Meeting.  Last year, Houck's group led a statewide coalition to one of the greatest election upsets in recent memory, garnering 67% of the vote against Amendment 4, a measure most political insiders once considered "unbeatable." After thwarting activist interests on Amendment 4, Free Market Florida became the "tip-of-the-spear" for efforts to beat back the Sierra Club on a host of notable issues, including the EPA's proposed and controversial Numeric Nutrient Criteria rules in Florida. Come to the General Session on 1/20 to learn about the war to win Florida's future. See more at http://freemarketflorida.org

Food Dialogues: Join the FFAA Conversation on January 19

Come to the January 19 NAMA luncheon at the FFAA Winter Business Meeting, hosted by U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance, Southeast AgNet, and Farm Credit to learn from Hugh Whaley, General Manager of U.S. Farmers and Ranchers Alliance.  Americans have a lot of questions about how food is grown and raised, the impact on human health and the health of the planet. That's why U.S. Farmers & Ranchers Alliance is helping Americans learn more about how food is grown and raised.  Anyone can join the discussions through all forms of social media- twitter, YouTube, blogs, video and interviews- featuring real farmers and ranchers, answering real consumers' questions about agriculture.  Learn more at http://www.fooddialogues.com

Happy Holidays from FFAA
As 2011 draws to a close, we want you to know your membership and support of FFAA means more than you can possibly imagine. Working with our members to help Florida growers produce food, foliage, fiber and biofuels drives our efforts every day. At this time of year, when we count our blessings, we give thanks for the financial and moral support our members give us.  Whether you volunteer your time and talent, lend leadership to our cause, contribute financial resources,  or simply take the time to let us know we are appreciated with a visit, a call, an email, a hug or a smile - please know we appreciate you!

We look forward to working even harder in 2012 on your behalf to fulfill FFAA's Mission: To promote and defend the responsible use of plant nutrients and crop production products in Florida.

We wish you and yours the very happiest of holidays!
