Greetings!,
Welcome to our new monthly newsletter. November is the month that those of us who live in the U.S. celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. And this is the time of year that I like to reflect on all that I've been blessed with: my family and friends whom I love and my virtual assistance practice that has been successfully operating since 2006. Plus I'm very thankful for the clients and colleagues who have journeyed on this incredible path with me.
This year, I launched my Virtually With You Success Team of highly skilled virtual assistants, event planner and bookkeeper. Please visit my website to learn more about Lisa and Sue and their incredible talents they bring to my team.
Our goal, at Virtually With You, is to provide a one-stop shop for our clients so their business needs are completely met by our team and the resources available through us. Our mission is to come together as a team to create successful ventures with our clients, providing them with the knowledge and support they need to be successful, while allowing us to operate a successful virtual assistance business.
This month, we are featuring Sue Andres who brings 15 years of experience working in both the private and nonprofit sectors and thoroughly enjoys supporting her clients with the highest quality of support services unique to each one of her clients. If you are not a non-profit organization, maybe you know someone who is. We'd love it if you shared this newsletter with them.
We wish you a very blessed Thanksgiving this week.
To your success, Karen and the VWY Success Team

How Virtual Assistants Can Help Your Non-Profit Organization
Do you find yourself getting bogged down with the day-to-day operations of your organization? If you answered - Yes! Then I have the solution for you. Hire a virtual assistant! A virtual assistant is an independent contractor that provides professional administrative, technical, or creative (social assistance) to clients from a home office. A virtual assistant will handle all of the administrative functions of your organization. This will give you the time you need to focus on the mission of your organization. Did you know that a virtual assistant is more cost effective than having a full-time employee? By hiring a virtual assistant you will not have to pay non-profit payroll taxes, employee benefits, or workers compensation premiums. A virtual assistant will save you money. We all know that volunteers are the backbone of the non-profit organization but volunteers only have so much time that they can dedicate to an organization. Imagine if you had a virtual assistant to help you. You would not have to worry about Board/meeting minutes being taken care of; whether your organization's website is up-to-date; did the newsletter/ezine get done this month, etc. A virtual assistant will take care of it all. So the next time when you are overwhelmed and decide it's time to hire a virtual assistant look no further than the Virtually With You Success Team. ______________________ About the Author: Sue Andres joined this team in August of 2011 to offer her vast experience with non-profits. Sue has experience at both the national and chapter level. She understands the day-to-day operations of a nonprofit and how it works. Sue has worked with board members at both levels and understands that these members are volunteering their time to support their association. It takes a lot of hard work and commitment to support an association. Sue can help you with the day-to-day challenges of your association.
