Thank you for being a regular reader of IMMIGRATION NEWS. Our newsletter is now sent out to over 9,500 subscribers and we would like to thank all of our supporters. Many of our readers have followed our newsletter for a number of years even after they have gained permanent residency and citizenship in Australia.
This year is going to bring many changes with the new Expression Of Interest arrangements expected to begin on the 1st July 2012. Keep tuned on how to maximise your chances of being selected under these new rules.
The good news for many who are in the Priority Group 5 waiting lists, in the past couple of weeks our office has had a number of the old 2007 case load applicants granted their permanent residency. It still may be a while to get to your case but at least it is happening!
Our next story will be on how the Schedule 4020 Character requirement is now being abused by DIAC case officers as a terror tactic in the absence of competent investigative techniques.
We will also cover in detail one of the growth areas to gain residency, being sponsored by a regional employer through the RSMS program.
For the next few days enjoy the holiday season in the great environment Australia has to offer.
Kind regards
