| Greetings! | Fall is here, and it's shaping up to be a very busy season here at Insights Vancouver. Just last month, we were proud to participate in the world-wide release of Deeper Discovery, the latest and most powerful development tool to date.
In addition, we've been setting the stage for our annual December regional conference. This year, we've had to 'let out the seams' a bit and expand our venue with a move to larger facilities at the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver. The agenda is being formalized, but we have a few highlights already which we're happy to share below.
Following our conference on December 3rd, Insights Vancouver will host a full-day Deeper Discovery Experience on Tuesday, December 4th. This is your opportunity to experience the deepest most profound level of self-understanding provided by Insights yet. Using Archetypes of Discovery as a lens, individuals and teams embark upon a journey to make personal breakthroughs that lead to business breakthroughs.
Remember, the earlier you register for the December conference, the better chance you have of getting the breakout session of your choice. And we know by the number of early registrations we have received that the Deeper Discovery Experience will be sold out - so if you're planning to attend either event, don't delay. It is that time of year again when the Insights Vancouver team is busy preparing for the Annual Regional Conference. The attendance has increased every year to the point that we have outgrown our usual venue. This year we are moving to a bigger, brighter space at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver. The upgrade will allow for larger breakout rooms, and more breathing room during the conference...not to mention being even closer to the shopping action right after the conference ;-)
The agenda is being finalized...and we can share some of the highlights with you now. The fabulous Mike Jones, head of Customer Solutions for Insights Global will be the keynote speaker. Mike has played a pivotal role in the development of innovative, leading edge, customized solutions for clients around the world. Expect an engaging, enthusiastic, and enlightening session guaranteed to keep you smiling while you learn.
Each year we refine the agenda based on feedback from previous conferences. This year we will continue to provide practical exercises and resources you can put into immediate action. Refreshing your learning and helping you remember some of the resources at your disposal will always be a key focus. Networking time has been maximized to allow you time to connect with others in the growing Insights community of practice to share (and steal) great ideas. And we have extended the breakout sessions to allow for a more in-depth experience.

Deeper Discovery Experience December 4th

Insights officially launched Deeper Discovery this fall...and we are very excited to offer the first Deeper Discovery Experience in our region on December 4th.
Deeper Discovery is a natural next step in personal growth and professional development. It has been 11 years in the making, and provides the deepest, most profound level of self-understanding provided by Insights yet.
Focused on professional development and personal growth, it is designed to unlock individual potential by uncovering a new level of awareness. The goal is to gain personal breakthroughs that lead to business breakthroughs. Using Archetypes of Discovery as a lens, individuals embark upon a journey of improved self-understanding.
Building on the simple and accessible Insights Discovery colour energy model, Insights Deeper Discovery is a deep, insightful and thought provoking experience for individuals and teams. As with Insights Discovery, participants complete a short online evaluator. One of the outputs is a 13 page personality profile, which explores their hopes and fears, and the legacy they wish to leave.
This natural extension of Insights Discovery uses the new Deeper Discovery Wheel to help
participants discover their potential in an engaging and memorable way and apply their learning to the workplace.
Insights Deeper Discovery is ideal if you want to:

Building individual stress remedies using the Insights 'Live, Love, Laugh, Learn' model.
Back by popular demand, this full-day session is designed for anyone who is looking for creative, simple, easy-to-practice techniques to mitigate the effects of stress and enhance well-being. Join Insights Vancouver's Cheney Creamer on Tuesday, October 23 and;
- Live - participate in discussion, try new techniques.
- Love - explore connections between heart and mind. Discover how your connections with others can enhance your wellness plan.
- Laugh - expand your ability to laugh, let go, and have a bit of fun!
- Learn - review current research and examine how your preferences impact your experiences of stress.

This past summer, Insights Vancouver Senior Consultant Kim White returned from an enriching volunteer teaching experience in Arusha, Tanzania.
"I can't begin to tell you what a life changing and perspective shifting experience it was. When clean water and food motivate children to walk three hours to school, all of my 'first world' problems pale in comparison. It's that awareness that I am committed to hold on to. I'm now looking at ways to stay connected with the students, teacher and director and thankfully technology is helping. The teacher I supported has written twice, the Director of the school also and supposedly the youth too sent something, although that one is lost in cyberspace I think."
