| Greetings! | While most of us don't have new pencil crayons and new gym shoes, this time of year is still filled with excited anticipation as the busy fall schedule approaches.
At Insights Vancouver, we have a number of sessions planned over the next few months, as well as the public release of Deeper Discovery on the 18th of this month. In this month's newsletter there are updates on our upcoming CP Refresh, the Insights Discovery Accreditation in October, and the Re-Igniting Spirit session.
Before the fall and winter busyness sets in, be sure to circle Monday, December 3 on your calendar and plan to attend the 11th Annual Insights Vancouver Regional Conference at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver. Discover the tools organizations are using to implement successful changes while achieving higher levels of employee confidence and competence. Learn how others have collaborated with Insights Vancouver to measure levels of engagement throughout their change processes, introduce the Insights engagement model to their employees, and prepare timely leadership actions.

Insights Refresh is a one-day interactive workshop for Client Practitioners who are committed to keeping their learning alive. While each program is adjusted to meet the needs of the registered participants, a typical day addresses questions such as: - What exercises can I use to reinforce key messages in a personal effectiveness workshop?
- What do I need to remember when debriefing an individual's Insights Discovery Profile?
- How can I apply other chapters in the Insights Discovery Profile?
- What is common, and different, as you transition from an introductory workshop to Discovering Team Effectiveness or Discovering Leadership Effectiveness?
- What's the difference between an integrated Insights learning strategy and single event workshops?
- What new resources might fit with the needs in my organization

October Vancouver Insights Discovery Accreditation - Final opportunity to register!

The Insights Discovery Accreditation held last May in Vancouver filled up quickly and once again was one of the largest in North America, with new organizations accrediting and others adding additional resources within their currently accredited facilitator base.
The next IDA in Vancouver is scheduled for October 16-19 and only a few seats remain. Please look at your needs for 2013 and talk to Insights Vancouver so that you do not miss out on the October date.
Contact our office immediately to reserve your place in this Accreditation. The next opportunity for the Vancouver area will not be until May 2013.

Back by popular demand, this full-day session is designed for anyone who is looking for creative, simple, easy-to-practice techniques to mitigate the effects of stress and enhance well-being. Join Insights Vancouver's Cheney Creamer on Tuesday, October 23 and;
- Live - participate in discussion, try new techniques.
- Love - explore connections between heart and mind. Discover how your connections with others can enhance your wellness plan.
- Laugh - expand your ability to laugh, let go, and have a bit of fun!
- Learn - review current research and examine how your preferences impact your experiences of stress.

Regional Conference Preview
| Mark your calendar. The Insights Vancouver Regional Conference is scheduled for Monday, December 3rd at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Vancouver.
One item on the agenda for this year's conference will be the new Insights Deeper Discovery, a revolutionary new product due for public release September 18th, which helps individuals realize their full potential and make the personal breakthroughs that lead to breakthroughs for your business. This deeper level of self-understanding allows us to explore our potential in all areas of the wheel.
If you've attended our regional conferences in the past, you know the value of this day of sharing, learning, and exploration. If you're new to the Insights Community, or have not been able to attend in the past, register now for an exciting and invigorating session with fellow practitioners, senior facilitators and special guests.
The food is great, the sharing and learning is spectacular, and the event is well worth your time.
