| Greetings! | "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure...... As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." Marianne Williamson
At Insights, our mission is 'to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others, and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything they do'.
Over the next couple months, we present three powerful development opportunities to transform individuals, teams and organizations. Maybe you're looking to enhance performance appraisal techniques, and help leaders in your organization to better lead performance discussions that leave both people in the discussion enriched by the experience. Perhaps you're looking for ways to deliver world-class customer service experiences to those who do business with you. Or maybe, you're looking to develop a systematic way of helping everyone within your organization handle changes you're planning.
Please take a few moments to review these upcoming sessions and register early if you plan to attend.

Notes from the Field
|
Last month, Insights Vancouver was pleased to sponsor Dr. Robert Kegan's presentation to the BC Organizational Development Network. Although Dr. Kegan does not refer to the Insights learning system, the very real connections in his case studies abound, including how his exploration connects to the power of preferences and the conscious/less conscious parts of human behaviour. You can read the full story on Dr. Kegan's work HERE. Early this summer, Insights Vancouver and Licensed Practitioner Russell Cullingworth of C.E.Y.A. collaborated to bring the magic of Discovery to a group of Rovers from the Scouts Canada organization. Along with the results of the workshop, this story shares a unique perspective on how to engage a group of twenty-somethings in personal development. Catch the full story HERE.
