| December 5 Regional Conference | |
The 11th annual Insights Vancouver Regional Conference is shaping up to be the best yet.
We've lined up a number of featured presenters - including several from organizations recognized as among the top 50 best managed companies in Canada - who will share their stories how Insights has helped transform their people and the way they do businesses. We'll once again offer conference favorites like break-out sessions, updates from the Insights global office, and case studies from colleagues and others within the Insights community.
Space is limited and registrations are already coming in fast, so if you plan to attend - either as a first-time visitor or as a returning practitioner - we urge you to register now and avoid disappointment. The cost is just $139 and registering is as simple as visiting our website.
This year, you can invite others within your organization to join us for lunch and our Executive Roundtable Session from noon to 2:00 PM. For just $69 you can invite senior leaders or other decision makers from your company to join you for lunch and networking, and learn more about the powerful impact Insights is making in other organizations. Visit our website for more details.
The Regional Conference has proven to be a very valuable networking and learning opportunity for Insights practitioners throughout British Columbia. It's a great way to reconnect and revisit friends in the Insights community, make new strategic connections, and learn new methods and strategies to get the most out of your investment in Insights learning. We look forward to seeing you Monday, December 5th at the Pan Pacific Hotel Conference Centre.

| Vancouver IDA Largest in North Americ | |
Last month, Vancouver hosted the largest Insights Discovery Accreditation session held in North America in 2011. We've always known the IDA sessions in Vancouver were popular, and this year was no exception as we were over-subscribed, with some folks now having to wait for the next session to be held May 1-4, 2012. If you're planning to register, we urge you to do so early.
If you have questions about bringing the Insights Discovery system 'in-house' at your organization, contact us to discuss the Insights Discovery Accreditation process.
A full story on the recent Vancouver IDA is located HERE on our website. Details and Registration information for the May 1-4 session are available on our website.

Integrated Learning Strategies Captured in Video
| |
Many of our clients have a solid platform using the Insights Discovery system. Others are increasing their focus on building team effectiveness and developing effective leadership at various levels throughout their organizations.
On our website is a link to a short video that provides an introduction to the different paths you might take when incorporating Insights Discovery learning into your development plans. The video was produced by Insights global office in Dundee, and senior consultant Anne Bishop warns that "It is in Scottish". If you haven't taken a look at it yet, it is really quite informative and provides a real overview of the various ways you can use Insights to grow your organization.
