The Power Circuit
Another to hang on to for all you inTENers out there. Anytime you see "The Power Circuit" posted you'll know what to do.
This is a four round circuit with certain exercises dropping out as the circuit continues.
Exercises in Bold and Underlined are performed all 4 circuits.
Those in Bold for the first 3 rounds.
Standard text exercise are performed for the first 2 rounds only.
24" Hurdle Hops 8
Back Squats (165/145/95) 10 (Use re-set depth)
Standing Broad Jumps 8 (Minimum of 6')
Single-Leg Back Extension 10 (All right then all left)
1-Legged Hurdles 8 (All right then left over a 12" hurdle)
Single-Leg Russian Lunges 10 (All right then left)
Rocket Ankle Bounces 15 (Keep legs straight and go for height)
Dumbbell Step-Up (Pair of 25's/15's for newbies) 8 (Use a 24" box)
If/when you are able to perform this circuit in 15 minutes or less add 5# to the weighted exercises.
