The following are links to our Oasis E-mail Newsletters. Our "Monthly Newsletters", sent at the beginning of each month, include a fitness "Move of the Month" and a healthy recipe compliments of our own Oasis Dietician Cris Harder, along with information about what's going on at the club: holiday hours, nutrition talks, changes to the class schedule, etc. We also often send a mid-month newsletter to update our happenings at the club.
