TWO, ONE, ONE, ONE......LESS ONE

     I have given you the MAGIC WORD and the TWO GOOD WORDS, and they will help you, IF you use them. How ever you can not go through life with only those great words. You will need to say more and what you are now going to receive will help you a great deal both at work and home.

     First, let me tell you a true story. When I was about 7 or 8 I can remember a man, who's dog used to make us kids laugh with his tricks. Now since dog do not understand the English or any other language, they can still be train to do tricks on commend.

     Here is why I still remember this dog. The man would say sit, and the dog would roll over, if the man said speak, the dog would sit down, if the man said roll over, the dog would bark (speak),if he told the dog to give him his paw, the dog would get up on his back legs and jump up and down barking.

     I know that it is sad that some people act just like the dog, and they appear to have about as much brains (or less) then the dog. And depending on who you talk to, they can or can not be taught new tricks.

     Back to the wisdom of this Colada.

     The SIX most important word that you could say, at work or at home are

"I AM SORRY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME."

     How do you think this would change any or your relationships if you said these SIX words when you were wrong? How would you feel if your boss used these SIX words when he/she was wrong? How about if you use these SIX word and you were right about the point, but was wrong to argue about it?

     The Five most important words you should use at work and home.

"YOU DID A GOOD JOB."

    How do you think your kids would feel if they did something good, like put out the trash without being told, or clear their room, or imported in school, and you said "YOU DID A GOOD JOB."? How about if you went out of your way to find something that your kids, better half, employees, boss,the person at the check out line did, and you said, "YOU DID A GOOD JOB."

     You may not knows this but some company are run on this principle. It's called CATCHING THEM DOING SOMETHING RIGHT. If the only time you talk to them is to tell them how bad they are, on to point out what they did wrong. Then what you will get, will be more of the same.

     How about Four great words that most people will never use.

"WHAT IS YOUR OPINION."

     You may know the line that go like this, "If I want your opinion, I will give it to you."

     The reason why most people don't use these Four great words, is that they want everyone to think they know everything. That they are better then you and me, therefore don't need nor care what our opinion is.

     Did you know that George Washington, not only asked for the opinion of his junior offices, but on more then one occasion, he found that he was wrong and they were right, and if he was bull headed and did it his way, he might have lost the war.

     Let me ask you this. Why is that most bosses never use these Four great words? But, most movie stars, sport fingers, and even generals and the President have people around them who's job is to give them another opinion? And they are ask for their opinion, before doing anything that is important, or to improve their game. But a for a boss to ask, it would be easier to get the dog to do tricks.

     What do you think would happen at your house if you asked for your better half's opinion before you spend that money?

     A gentleman was paid a great deal of money to solver a 200% turn over yearly at this big company. Although the bosses and owns did not want him to talk to the workers, because most were going to leave anyway. He did. What he found out was, for years everyone was telling the foreman that it was hot very hot (the AC was not working right for most of the year) and therefore people were leaving because the heat was sucking them dry.

     The company had new AC install and over the next 12 months the turn over rate was less then 10%. They not only paid this man a lot of money but, to them he was the next best thing since peanut butter.

     He did the one thing that the owns and managers did not or would not do. That was to get the opinion of the workers, as to why there was a high turn over in that department.

"CAN I HELP."

     What can you say about these Three great words? CAN I HELP with the dishes, your homework, that customer....

     How about Two great words that everyone should know and use from the time they can talk.

"THANK YOU."

     Thank you honey for a great dinner. Thank you for doing your homework without me having to tell you. Thank you for coming to work on time for 30 days. Thank you for making sure the toilet is clean at work or home. Thank you for.... Need I have to say more about the impotence of these Two great words.

     How about the most important One word that you can use.

"YOU"

     How are YOU doing? Thank YOU. How can I help YOU. YOU did a good job. What is YOUr opinion. If you listen to what you have to say you will never learn anything NEW. IF YOU LISTEN TO WHAT OTHER HAVE TO SAY YOU MAY LEARN SOMETHING. This may be why we have two ears and one month.

     Here is another One word that also should also be used by everyone from the time they start to talk.

"PLEASE"

     Honey would you PLEASE..... Kids would you PLEASE..... Would you PLEASE have that done by 5:00. And then follow it with TWO GREAT WORD.

'THANK YOU"'

     Take some time to look over this GREAT LIST OF WORDS, and try using them for 30 days and YOU WILL SEE HOW THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

     Did you see how I DID THIS? I am the boss and what I say goes. I have a pain in my back. I save, I did, I, I, I, I, The fact of the matter is that 99.9% of the time it is WE not I. You can only be he boss is you have someone to boss. Someone make sure you get clear water, your trash gets pickup,you phone work,the lights work and so on. If you like to fish, try making your own hooks.

     Most people want to say I to get the crown, but them went something goes wrong. I know you seen the poster that says, there is no I in TEAM. If you really understand that things only get done by TEAM work, try not only making you own fish hooks, but a phone, or car, or gas. We, you and me need a TEAM to make our lives easier, safe, and better. The only thing that we can do by our-self is stay DUMB.

     Look at that MAGIC WORD.
