MONEY, COLD HARD CASH
Zig Ziglar talked about MONEY as NOT BEING COLD and HARD, if fact he said it was SOFT AND WARM, and that what he had in his pocket always match what ever the red head was wearing. (the red head is his wife Jean)
Let's look at a few things about MONEY and how it is used or misused. MONEY like fire can warm you or burn you, and it not the MONEY or fire fault what it does, but yours in how you CHOOSE to used or misused it.
In life you only have 2 CHOISES when it come to MONEY, SPEND IT OR SAVE it. This is were the first problem come in. There are more ways to SPEND MONEY then to SAVE it, and it's a lot more fun spending it.
Driving that red sport car with the top down now is more fun the saving MONEY for someday. SOMEDAY is better then MANANA because with manana you have to do it tomorrow or keep saying manana and if I give you the Colada you have to do it today, but SOMEDAY. When are you going to do this or that? Ans.....SOMEDAY. Six year later I ask again when are you going to do this or that? Ans....SOMEDAY. I can see tomorrow on the calendar but not SOMEDAY.
Most people have a very negative predisposition about MONEY and Wealth that can be trace back to thing they learned when they were very young. Your subconscious mind head over and over and over,and therefore BELIEVES to be TRUE...There not enough MONEY to go around, MONEY DOES NOT GROWN ON TREES, You have to haveMONEY to make MONEY, Rich people only CARE about MONEY, WE can not AFFORD THAT.
Do I need to list any more of the NEGATIVE things said about MONEY?
Now let look at the OTHER side of the coin. You can get that man or woman if you wear, use, drive (even smoke) this or that. Your not a man or woman unless you wear, use, drive, smoke this or that.
THINK about how your neighbors will feel or think about you, when they see you wearing, driving, smoking, drinking this or that. The beginning of keeping up with the JONES'. When you go out to buy a new car, the one they want to sell you (not the one you went in to buy) is put in a place so that went that nice sales person lets you sit in the car to your left are mirrors. This way you can see what you will look like from the view of your neighbors.
How about SHOW HIM/HER/THEM HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THEM WHEN YOU BUY THIS OR THAT. And the best part is how THEY, will help you buy this out of the kindness of their harts. They will tell you: We KNOW that you can not afford this, so we will GLADLY GIVE YOU CREIDT.
I want you to think of the mirror and how it is used, any time you look into a mirror, you are doing it for one reason and one reason only. You want to see how you look to other people. Now the mirror does not care what you look like it only shows you a imagine of what it sees. And if you feel good about the imagine, then you assume (we know what assume means) that other people will too. (a joke..Dr after checking a man is asked by the wife...what do you think..ans....I don't like the way he looks...wife, I don't either but he great with the kids now tell me what you think about his health)
How you think, feel and spend MONEY is your mirror imagine (also called value) of all the things you have heard, read or seen about Money up to this time. It has been shown that doing, reading, hearing and seeing something right or wrong good or bad (understanding that right,wrong,good or bad is only because of your thinking it, that is why what you see as right, wrong, good or bad other people see different) enough times or a few times with great feeling will become your TRUE.
Your TRUE will become your VALUE and you will defend it. Think of the story of the king walking around with no clothing on and everyone telling him how great his clothing was, how great they made him look...all but the little boy. This is why you will see people in all income groups living pay check to pay check. All of what they and you have learned so far about MONEY, plus all the ones you can think of, HAS HELP DEVELOPED THEIRS AND YOUR VALUE ABOUT MONEY RIGHT OR WRONG.
You has just taken a peek at both sides of the same coin. One side tells you how bad money is and the other tells you how to give it away. I hope you see this is not flip the coin heads I win tails I don't, you do not win with any side.
