THE ART OF CHANGE
Have you every wonder why people dislike or are afraid of change? Do you know that the only 2 fears we are born with are the fear of loud noises and falling? That all other fears are taught to us by love one and life as a whole, even the fear of CHANGE.
As we grow up we have to make changes, like going to another school or moving or having people that we love move. The very act of growing up forces on us changes. Yet as we get older the hard we fight changes also the more we do not want to change. Why is this so?
I can remember as a kid coming home from school as I walked down this one street all the dogs would run up to their fences and bark at me, all but one. That one dog would lay on his porch and let out a few low barks.
One day the own was sitting on the porch so I went up to him and asked,Why his dog only stay on the porch and let out a few low barks. He told me that the dog was old and he was laying on his favored area of the porch were a nail was come out that was sticking into him and that he was not barking at me but at the nail. I asked, why doesn't the dog just lay on another area of the porch? The man looked at me and said THIS was the dog favored area and the nail did not hurt him that much to make him want to move and he did not know if the dog would like any other area of the porch.
Could this be the same as when we say "BETTER THE DEVIL I KNOW THEN THE ONE I DON'T" ? The FEAR of Change
Since we have to step out into the unknown to make any changes and for most of us one of our needs is to have certainty plus we do not want to fail, and look stupid and we don't want to lose. So we to lay on the nail because it only hurt a little.
What are your nails, are you afraid to buy that new car because you may lose your job, or you would ask so and so out but they may say no. You would start your own business but people will call you stupid and you might lose money.

Alright Jack, how do I make changes ?
Start by understanding that if you continue what you are doing your life is not going to get any better.
You have to give up blaming everyone and anything for what has happen in the past. Or as Wayne Dyer said "All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with another, and regardless how much you blame him, it will not change you."
You are not a victim, you let what ever happen, happen because of your past choices, understanding that by not making a choice (or doing nothing) you did in fact make a choice. That all you past thought, actions, non actions, have place you were you are now in life. That's the bad News.
The GOOD NEWS is you NOW understand that. You know that from this day on you and only you are in charge of what is going to happen in the future.
You can change what goes into your mind by the books you read, what you watch and the people you hang out with. EVERY ACTION is under your CONTROL and all you have to do is MORE of the things that get you the OUTCOME you want.
Is it going to be easy NO, but nothing worth having comes easy. Will you fail at somethings YEA but learn from them. Michelangelo said "The greater danger for most of us is not that we aim to high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we hit it."
AIM HIGH
