Kundalini Yoga "The Yoga of Awareness" is a form of exercise and meditation that promotes mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing. Kundalini can be described as a science using exercises such as breathing, sound, postures and meditation. The intended result is the achievement of your highest form of consciousness.  Gentle and Restorative Yoga Flow A
deeply calming and restorative class that induces balance and release
through a series of postures. Flow slowly through standing and seated
postures, holding asanas for longer periods of time. Restorative
postures will be sprinkled throughout the class. This is meditative and healing, highly
recommended for beginners or seasoned yogis.
