AJC Warehouse Receipt Finalized
After collaborating with many segments representing the Apple Juice Concentrate (AJC) industry, MGEX is pleased to announce the Negotiable Warehouse Receipt has been finalized and can be adopted for future use. This instrument is the tool buyers and sellers of AJC must use for the MGEX delivery process to efficiently transfer ownership of the prodcut which is identified on the Warehouse Receipt.
This milestone came thanks in part to industry associations, storage facilities, AJC processors and buyers, and potential market participants who may utilize the AJC futures contract as a hedging mechanism.
