The Story: Amy Chiurco with The Personnel Perspective, an HR consulting firm, is a fast study. More importantly, she is a "make it happen" person that quickly implements lessons learned. Shortly after attending the Lead Generation seminar, Amy pinned the WANTED poster from her workbook onto her desk wall.  Amy developed her strategy to turn each one into a HR compliance, training, or consulting customer. She is well on her way to doing just that as indicated by the color-coded Post-It notes.
