Grow Revenue with the Right Sales Plan
Greetings!
Some economists blame the economic meltdown on Wall Street's failure to properly align compensation with performance. So, what about Main Street? How has your company adapted its sales compensation plan in response to changes in the economy? Does the current plan adequately motivate and reward your sales team while remaining profitable for the business? Designing the ideal compensation plan requires some Art (Psychology) and some Science (Finance). A great one can turbo-charge your company's sales. One company I worked with increased sales 27% in one year due in part to a revised compensation plan. Click here to read how the right plan can boost your company's sales. You can also contact me if you would like a no-charge consultation to model some compensation plan options for your company. Kurt Shaver

Mining for GOLD

Do you have stacks of business cards from people you meant to stay in touch with but just have not found the time? One of the best ways to stay in touch is with an email newsletter. Here are the "3-Cs" to get started:
1. CONTACTS: Build a database of contacts. I bought a card scanner and digitized hundreds of business cards while watching a baseball game.
2. CONTENT: Create the news, articles, and events you want to share. It is easy. I am only two months into it and I have more than I can fit into a standard-sized newsletter.
3. CONSISTENCY: Commit to a regular schedule and stick to it.
If you want some advice on how to get started scanning your own business cards and creating an email newsletter or you just want to hire someone to get it all done, click here. |
