2010 was a banner year for the Mississippi Conference, with our 1107 churches offering $18,668,048 in support of the Funding Plan of the Annual Conference.

 

Mission Shares reached 79.43 percent, an increase of 2.16 percent over 2009.

Clergy Pension Benefit was supported at 96.94 percent.

 

When the two are added together, support of the Funding Plan of the Annual Conference rose to 83.88 percent, an increase of over 5 percent!

 

$1,097,419 was offered in Second Mile Giving, an increase of 206 percent over 2009!

 

Support for General Church rose to 72.48 percent, an increase of 12.32 percent over 2009!
