*Get adjusted once a month to boost your immune system and nervous function and keep old injuries at bay

*Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning. (Water makes up nearly 85% of our brain, 80% of our blood and about 70% of lean muscle)

*Join our team for the Bellevue 10k run, 5k run or walk or kids dash, Sunday April 17th (Details below)

Where is Health Headed?

Health.

Where are we headed and what are we really trying to achieve?
 

Is health really about getting out of pain? Or...
 

Quality of life. Function. Sleeping well. Getting out of bed and with the physical capacity to do anything you havethe need or desire of doing. Picking up your grandchild. Hiking to the top of Cougar Mountain. Golfing 18,24, or 36 holes. Driving to Whistler for a weekend of skiing.Touring Europe on a bicycle.

Health exists on a continuum. One end represents optimum performance and capacity, on the other is degeneration, break down, and ultimately death. Everyone of us is going to die.How will we spend the majority of our days? When we experience those days that are most important and meaningful, where will we be? Each day we are moving one way or the other on the continuum. The choices we make determine how we experience life.

Susan - Our Patient of the Month!

Susan Barnes, we honor you!  Attending the Eat Right Workshop,  making all your appointments, sharing about your experience with your family, having your kids checked and working with Dr. Cummins like a team!  Thanks for being such a great example to us all. 

 

Susan's words of hope and renewal to commit to a healthier lifestyle:

 

"After 36 years of playing the cello and 24 years of conducting/playing string instruments in my teaching my upper back, shoulders, and hands were starting to show major signs of stress from over use.
