JAB Spotlight: Lee Brian Schrager 
Dear JABBERS: This month we are delighted to shine our spotlight on Lee Brian Schrager, culinary arts leader, lifestyle advisor, philanthropist, entrepreneur and JustAskBoo Advisory Board member.
Lee Brian Schrager is the Vice President of Corporate Communications & National Events for Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. He is widely recognized for his creation of both the Food Network South Beach and New York City Wine & Food Festivals and recently released the Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival Cookbook (Clarkson Potter). Schrager studied at the Culinary Institute of America and at the School of Hospitality Management at Florida International University. He serves as the consulting director of THE TASTE in Los Angeles, a regular contributor for Ocean Drive magazine, serves as the Chief Lifestyle Advisor for Gilt City, and is a current board member for the Food Bank For New York City.
Personally I am fortunate to call Lee a friend and business advisor. Lee has served on JustAskBoo's Advisory Board for about two years.

We are looking to move in the 33326 zip code, but in the portion of Davie that is closest to Weston. My soon-to-be 1st grader has been placed in the gifted program here in Miami and our move will depend on the school. I am looking for someone to pick up my 3 1/2 year old around 3pm from Summer Camp near Commercial and Bayview and drive him to the Oakland and Federal area four days a week. Ideally, the person would also be able to do some babysitting for us on weekends for our two children. The person must have a clean driving record and have references. Holy Moly - We Have Moles!

The mounds of dirt that are sprinkled across my backyard are due to moles, according to my landscaper. He recommended two ways to treat them: injecting something into the dirt piles, or spreading a granular product across the entire lawn. Has anyone safely eradicated moles from their yard? I'd love your recommendations for specific methods and products.
Freezing Tub

The metal material (porcelain-coated cast iron or steel?) seems to immediately conduct any heat right out of the water, leaving you sitting in cold water in just a few minutes. Has anyone had this problem with their tub, and is there a way to coat or insulate it to keep the heat in the water? Thank you!
