Home Away From Home
My husband and I have an exciting journey ahead and we need to find a home away from home. In February, we will be heading to Chapel Hill, NC for my husband to donate his kidney to my best friend who has cystic fibrosis. The amazing story began over a year and a half ago and he has gone through extensive testing, a few setbacks and now it is time to prepare for the surgery! We are looking to have a place to stay during the surgery and for about 2 weeks while he recovers. Ideally, we would like a time share, house, apartment or suite style hotel. We need a place with a bedroom, separate living area and a kitchen - a bonus would be washer/dryer and multiple bedrooms for our parents to join us. It also needs to be closely located to UNC Chapel Hill. If you have any connections or knowledge of such place, please contact us.
