Dear JABBERS:

 

For a long while now, you have been giving us feedback - and we've been listening. It is always appreciated and has been tremendously helpful. First, I want to thank you for all the many compliments you have so generously offered us. Second, I want to thank you for the great ideas you have given us. Personally I am very proud of JAB and the wonderful resource that my team and I have worked so hard to create for you over the past few years. However, I must admit that as a professional, I am my own worst critic. I feel that if we become complacent, JAB will not be the best it can be. So with that, we have been processing your feedback and are working very, very hard to make JAB better than ever.

 

I am very pleased (ok, I'm giddy!) to share with you that last week we launched a shiny new website; and soon we will introduce a whole new system for posting & replying that makes using JAB even easier, simpler and more private (we will still require first & last names of course, as that's the whole point of JAB!); Special Editions that are more informative and "special" than ever before; some cool contests and giveaways; and quite a few other things that you & your friends (in all the cities we circulate) will absolutely love. Hey Campers...

Did you know August 10 is National S'mores Day?  In honor of that age old treat, we thought we would share a tried and true recepie for S'mores:

   

Ingredients

  • 1 large marshmallow
  • 1 graham cracker
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) bar chocolate candy bar

Directions

  1. Heat the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt.
  2. Break the graham cracker in half. Sandwich the chocolate between the cracker and the hot marshmallow. Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.
