You have to admit, mom did know best when she gently nudged you (or gave you her famous piercing stare) to use your manners and say thank you.  Many of you have told us how nice it is to receive thank you e-mails from complete strangers when you share your resources. So if you've been fortunate enough to watch recommendations fill your inbox, your graciousness and appreciation will make it all worthwhile. After all, isn't that what JAB is all about?
