Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale Holds Scholarship Competition

to Help Budding Artists in Grades 1-12  

Attend Summer Art Academy

The Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale, Nova Southeastern University, is offering children in grades 1-12 the opportunity to develop their artistic skills during its Creative Summer Art Academy (CSAA).  Five 2-week sessions are offered from June 13-August 19, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.  CSAA offers students curriculum-based instruction by professional working art faculty. On April 9th, they will once again hold their annual Merit Scholarship Competition for students who want to attend CSAA.  The competition will run from 10 am- 1pm, check in is 9:15 am.    Students will create one drawing to be considered for a scholarship towards tuition for the 2011 CSAA.
